mamasan.io ("we", "the service") is built around data minimization. We collect as little personal data as technically possible to run a bar's daily operations.
We do not require or process: guest real names, phone numbers, email addresses, passport or government ID data, biometric data, facial images or location tracking of individuals.
Sensitive data is protected using encryption and access controls where applicable. All traffic runs over HTTPS. Access is role-based and audited. Data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. For data breaches affecting your rights, we follow notification obligations without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours.
Operational records are retained only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
